Working women

Challenges faced by working women.
Gone are the days when man was bread earner for the family. As time changed women are working shoulder to shoulder with men. However, a lot is expected of working women than men. A woman not only has to handle her work but the whole family is dependent on her for every little thing. Despite of all she does for her family, she is one who would not ask for any remuneration.  She is the one who is also responsible to raise good children, cook good food, she is judged on how gol is her roti. She has to follow culture and should only take a profession her family is okay with.  Here are the ten major problems a working women faces.

Shuttling between work and home.
A lot is trusted in a woman she has to take care of home and work. Moreover, she is expected to excel in both.
She has to work full time during her gestation period.
During pregnancy women are not as fresh as they are always. They tend to breath like hulk, yet they work. No, not at all complaining.
She works even on that time of the month.
Okay, men you know not what goes around when one is PMSing. Period cramps are unbearable, period.
Mostly, in orthodox families when a woman is working all her pay is demanded by her family.
She is independent, really? Few families want their daughter or daughter in law to work for they want to enjoy her salary.
She has to give up on her maternal love.
Maternity is the best feeling for a woman, yet she has to compromise on love for her kids and work.
She has to raise the kids.
Raising kids and making them capable to face the world is only expected from a woman.
She is judged by people around.
A working woman has many challenges to face out of which being judged is the greatest thing she has to battle. She has to keep a check on the way she dresses, the way she talks, and places she visits.
Allowed to work?
We are in the 21st century yet we have people who would allow or not allow the women to work. Like, seriously? People like this still exist?
Usually, women do not feel safe to work in night shift. Needless to say, we are well aware of what is going around with women who work at night.
Women are not comfortable with night shift, because A.Fear of modesty B.log kya kahenge?
A working woman is very strong, positive and a heroine.
Women despite of facing a lot of challenges are very strong, patient and optimistic. Being every successful woman is herself.
